Wine N Chill is a private food and wine catering service that brings a curated dining experience directly into clients’ homes or private venues.
Each event blends fine food, premium wine, artisan charcuterie, and chill ambiance—complete with background music and decor—to create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.
We offer five types of charcuterie boards. The fifth board is a mix of the French, Italian and Spanish boards
THE FRENCH BOARD – Our French-themed charcuterie board features a luxurious mix of soft and aged cheeses like Brie, Comté, and chèvre, paired with classic cured meats such as saucisson sec and jambon de Bayonne. Fresh baguette slices, fruit like grapes and figs, cornichons, honey, olives, and artisan spreads add texture and elegance. Balanced, rustic, and indulgent — it brings the taste of France to the table with simple sophistication.
THE SPANISH BOARD – A Spanish charcuterie board highlights bold, earthy flavors with iconic meats like jamón serrano, chorizo, and lomo embuchado, paired with cheeses such as manchego and mahón. Served alongside marcona almonds, olives, pan con tomate, quince paste, and crusty bread, the board balances salty, smoky, and sweet profiles. Warm, rustic, and full of character — it brings the vibrant spirit of Spain to every bite.
THE ITALIAN BOARD – An Italian charcuterie board showcases bold, rustic flavors with a mix of cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, and capocollo, paired with classic cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh mozzarella, and aged Asiago. Fresh bread, basil, olives, sundried tomatoes, pesto, and marinated vegetables add color and richness, while figs, grapes, and honey balance the savory notes.
